ROY Keane wants to regain Sunderland's title as the "Bank of England Club" by rivaling the top four in the transfer market.

In the 1950s the Wearsiders were renowned for paying hefty transfer fees and the Irishman would like to see history repeated sooner rather than later.

To be honest, we are already spending big. Look at how much Keane has spent since he came in. I'm fully behind it though. The first season was to bring in players good enough to get us out of the Championship, last season was to bring those good enough to survive and this season the players we've got in are to help us kick on.

The future looks bright, and with a few more signings we could push for top ten. I'm think 12th place finish at the least, 9th at best.
