Sunderland can reach top eight: Whitehead
DEAN WHITEHEAD says Sunderland must turn the cramped Premier League table to their advantage.
With a third of the season now gone, this season's Premier League - outside the top six - has proved to be the closest and most competitive ever.
That means the Black Cats go into Sunday's home game against West Ham knowing that they could be just one win away from breaking into the top eight - or one defeat away from slipping into the relegation zone.
