Season could be over for Jordan Henderson
SUNDERLAND face an anxious wait to find out whether Jordan Henderson's season is over.
The teenage midfielder - who set up Kenwyne Jones' equaliser in the 1-1 draw with Wigan at the weekend - was stretchered off midway through the second half in severe pain after badly twisting his ankle.
Wigan defender Titus Bramble cleared the ball inside the penalty area and Henderson was caught on the ankle by the former Newcastle man's follow-through, with replays showing him go over on his ankle.
